First, lobby and halls are HOT...not warm. A rude owner that cosen't seem to care about tired people "greeted us, with no greetings at all" infact ringing the bell and booking a room seemed to irritate him. So we get our room, walk up the scorching hot stairway down the hall that is just as hot and get stuck in a room with two towels for four people.....turn on the A/C and decide to go eat befor we go to sleep and give the A/C a chance to cool down the room(nicer temp out side but no movement of air so opening window's did zero help.Ate at Denny's down street suprisingly GREAT food and service,back to hotel, room still hot.try to go to sleep, but at 1 AM went down to rude owner told him of problem he says "stay where you are or wake up everyone and move to another room.Wake up and move the kids to a room with a rattling A?C that takes a hour and a half to cool the room.First room had leftovers from previous people.No discount was offered because of A/c and morning deskcleark was no help. other guest had the same problem.
Go to another hotel, there are plenty, or sleep in your car.

We are very sorry that you were not happy with your stay with us. I see that you stayed at a time when we were having a few problems with our air-conditioners, we have had them all checked and are up and running.Sorry but We only put 2 sets of towels in each room but gladly give more to guests with more than 2 people in their party. We understand the frustrations that come along with traveling and then having trouble checking into a room late at night. we hope you stay with us again in the future and that one bad stay doesn't discourage you from staying with us in the future , our air-conditioners are all newly maintained, and running smoothly. Thank you!
