Last Saturday was our 2nd time dining at Palma's and let me tell you we had at great meal. We got there at 4ish (perfect time to go before the rush starts) I called in a reservation, to be sure there was a table and for the 15 oz. prime rib (must reserve to get prime rib) When we got there, the server quickly seated us. The atmosphere is nothing special, just casual. She took our drink order then brought out the bread and olive oil dipping sauce and let me tell you, it's delicious with lightly sprinkled Parmesan crumbs. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib, which was cooked perfectly, and he is picky! They can grill it or place it in the oven. Most people prefer on the grill ;) it came with your choice of salad or soup, both are good and bake potato or pasta. He got the pasta with Alfredo sauce. I ordered the chicken & broccoli penne, it was delightful! The pasta, broccoli, and Alfredo was well-prepared and well-seasoned. The portion of our meals were immense :) I didn't want to share my left-overs with my boyfriend... that's how savory my meal was! The only thing I did not like about the restaurant was the wine. I tried the Blue Teal Muscat and it tasted just like Barefoot Moscato wine, we payed $4.50 for one glass, when I can go to a local supermarket and pay $6 for a bottle! Drink beer, pop, or water my friends. P.S The weekends are very busy!
