“Easy rock climbing!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

It's great to get up close the rock formations, and has terrific photo ops! We didn't camp there, but the campsites look great and it would be a fun place to overnight. Worth a side trip on your way to the Gila.

“A long drive from Deming, but a lasting experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2013

After miles of relatively flat desert, this amazing landscape rises out of the ground. Huge rocks with walking trails, camp sites ( some with electricity ) ... plenty of pit toilets, and a small museum all amid this fantastic geological wonder. Well worth the drive to one of the unique features of our great Country. There is a $5 Arizona State Park fee.

“Where the Flinstone's might have lived!!! Must See!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2013

You could imagine Fred Flinstone living a place like this!!! They have a great visitors center. The rocks are fun to climb and explore. There are picnic areas amongst the rocks. Don't miss checking this out! You can be a kid all over again!!

“Spectacular natural display”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

They arise from the plains like soldiers at attention- the rocks mutely stand guard over the windswept surface of New Mexico. They remind me of a natural Stonehenge. There are campsites and pathways among the boulders that allow easy walking and exploring. The rocks and park are pristine with little evidence of man's intrusion-- There is a small RV park in the park with a visitor's center. I suspect sunrises and sunsets here are glorious.
