“Terrible Food - Don't Go”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2012

The food is cheap, greasy, sloppy and unhealthy. No good choices here....best to avoid. The waitstaff do not seem to be into their job or even try to be friendly. Went once and will never again. Made the mistake of going inside and found it dirty and unkempt.

“Banana Split!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

Foxy's Drive In will take you back in time. They have carside service, but we always like to order inside. In your booth you order by telephone! We love Foxy's food. But the best is the banana split. The best you will ever have!!! Made with hand scooped ice cream, not soft serve! Big enough for two people!!

“Kinda sketchy and dirty, ok food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012 via mobile

Food was pretty standard for a fast food place. The people were nice, but the place is old and there were some pretty questionable people just "hanging out" around the place. If you just have to try it out go during daylight hours and don't go inside or use the restroom because then you won't want to eat your food. Not really the people's fault that work there-just an old run down place. They are doing the best they can with what they have. A facelift in the bathrooms would sure help though.

“...omg”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2012

Picture if you will, a drive-in where all they serve you is food that is bought from the local wal-mart, or the gas station across the street, and you will know why to avoid this place. If you want a drive-in you might as well go to the 3 sonic's in clovis, instead of foxy's. Their food reminded me of things i've personally microwaved, or just purchased... aka their pie a la mode. which is actually an overpriced hostess 1$ pie with a scoop of blue bell ice cream, for 3$. Avoid.

“Good old-fashioned drive-in”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2012

It had been a long time since I had eaten at Foxy's, but now I am left wondering why I don't go there more often. I had a Ranch Burger (double hamburger) with cheese, green chile, and bacon. It was awesome! I love a good green chile cheeseburger, and this was one of the best I ever had. It came with fries, a small cup of pinto beans, and another cup of cole slaw. I was definitely left satisfied.

My wife had the steak fingers basket, and she remarked how it was like strips of chicken fried steak instead of the breaded hamburger strips that other places try to pass off as steak fingers. It came with gravy, fries, and cole slaw. She said it was really good, but could have used a bit more seasoning.

My daughter had the taco burger. I had a hard time getting her to tell me what she thought of it because she was too busy devouring it. She can be a bit of a picky eater, but she had no complaints tonight.

We also got an order of "munchers" because it sounded intriguing. Those things could become a new addiction if I'm not careful. I would have to describe them as a tater tot with cheese and jalapeno with a thin breading to hold it all together. YUM.

Foxy's may not be in the best neighborhood anymore, but that is because it has remained in the same location for so long. They are still serving the same great food prepared the same great way for over half a century. They even have carhops.
