While on a road trip my friend and I stayed here. We stayed at alot of Best Westerns, this was the one of the best. We had a small fridge and microwave in our room. We were in the area to see Chaco Canyon and Aztec. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without a doubt!

I stayed at the Best Western Territorial last year and was very pleased with the facilities and the staff. This year, our stay began with a couple of issues--the first room we were given was already occupied and the second room was not the king room we were promised (and I had confirmed by phone that morning). The hotel did make it right, though, by giving us an upgrade to a king suite for our inconvenience--and it was very nice. For some reason, we were skipped by housekeeping the next day (perhaps they didn't know anyone was in the room?), but we did get housekeeping service the remaining two days we were there. Breakfast was very nice--friendly staff members make waffles by request. I still love the hotel and appreciate their fixing the room problem. I believe the room issue was an isolated problem and would recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights as was the only one in the area that appeared to not allow pets - pet dander sets my allergies off real bad. Great place. Nice peaceful location. Friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast. Obviously well managed. I travel to the area on business once every two months and this hotel will be my choice of place to stay. Nice job on the free high-speed internet too.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and the restaurant (road side) next door is correct for the price.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi extra clean and pleasant.
Go there if your have to stay in that town.
