Hello Mr. Kipp; first I hope you are doing well and I want to thank you for your review. I clearly understand your needs and problems. I am very disappointed with my team and I would feel very uncomfortable if something like that happens to me too. I want to apologize, we have taken action to improve our front desk and their response to all situations and issues. Again I'm sorry Mr. Kipp and if you decide to come back to Albuquerque we would love if you give us the opportunity to host you again and make your stay a lot more comfortable and next time it will be a perfect stay. Thank you, we hope to see you soon!

Hello dear guest; first I'm hoping your family member is feeling well and that you all are okay as well. Thank you for letting us know about your situation, I clearly understand what you are describing on the review. I would feel and I am very disappointed if something like that would happen to me too. My apologizes to you and your family. I would like to let you know we are putting 100% effort into training our staff to be ready and prepared to assist all the needs of our guest at anytime. “clean and quiet”

We stayed for several days in December 2012. We wanted two things: clean and quiet. After looking at the Motel 6, which was right on the freeway and down a dark street with a scary walk to restaurants and stores, we settled on this facility. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Even better, we heard no freeway noise or noise from any neighboring room. The breakfast was average for a budget facility: cereal, bagels, rolls, etc., and we had easy access to a computer for future plans. We would definitely stay here again
