This hotel looks very drab and old from the road. But, in reality, it is quite modern and nice. As with most hotels in Bhutan, it is a little out of the way but close enough. The rooms were spacious (again) and warm. Beds and everything were really comfortable and welcoming. Heater was provided as usual. Some rooms have a fireplace in place of a modern electric heater. But that said, one can always call the front desk and ask them to bring up another heater. The hotel staff were really happy to do that so that is not an issue. Hot water was very consistent. Meals served were good as well. Wifi was quite strong although the password changes everyday, but that is not exactly a big issue. Finally, the place is awesome for stargazing because there are balconies that open into the yard.
