Ok. Im Thai and it might sound funny if i tell you that there is no bidet sprayer for me. I just dont get used to it and it was awkward for me. But another service such as the breakfast which is various served for multicultural customers, the atmostphere was good :)

We normally stay at the Dusit Princess but they were full which turned out to be a stroke of luck as we found this hotel much better. We had a nice room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were all polite and friendly. There is a nice air conditioned gym and also sauna. Another advantage is the central location and you can get a tuk-tuk just outside the main entrance. I suppose the breakfast buffet could be improved upon but I have had many worse. We will definitely stay there again and we would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel,

Room Tip: The second floor has direct access to the Pool and Gym.

This was a good hotel to stay in Korat and because everything in life can be improved I was disappointed with the breakfast food for a European appetite but could easily be fixed The best hotel I have stayed at in Nahkon Ratchasima and I would stay there again when in Korat

The appearance of this hotel from the outside and its interior public areas is quite impressive as are the amenities on offer to guests - gym, spa, business centre, shops etc but there was no substance to it in terms of staff service, attitude, quality of rooms and cleanliness which I rate highly when considering the 'worth' of an hotel. On checking in after 6.30pm with an efficient member of staff, although less than enthusiastic in the warmth of his welcome, I expect towels to be already in the bathroom and not have them delivered some time later. The fact that they came without being asked for indicated staff knew that the room was not ready for guasts! The room itself was less than 'warm' having only one picture (albeit excellently illuminated in the corner of the room!). The fridge was hardly a mini bar being stocked only with three beers, four cans of soda and two bottles of water and there were no tea/coffee making facilities or safe in the room. The bathroom was disappointing for a 4/5 star hotel, even with towels! Dated taps and fitments, a shower head which could not be adjusted looking in need of a good clean as did the ageing shower curtain on the bath.
Breakfast, which finished at 10am, was a disaster for me! I cannot personally speak for the Asian selection, deciding to take the 'western' breakfast for a change, although I was told by others that the Asian food was excessively salty. The western selection, I found cold and disappointing. The bacon was cremated rather than crisp, fried eggs poorly cooked some time earlier, tasteless chicken sausages, ham floating in water, butter pats offered in ridiculous plastic 'thimbles' but I must say, in fairness, that the small Danish pastries were good! Service was appalling! With only about six tables being occupied, I really don't expect to have to clear dishes off my table to make space and be watched doing it by staff standing nearby!
All in all, not an experience I would like to repeat. If I had been paying European rates for this class of hotel, I would have been more vocal in my complaints. It is located a little far out of the centre and local attractions but does have a very nice Japanese restaurant on the corner next to the hotel which is well worth a visit!

Everything was okay, I just didn't like to find the telephone number of the lady staff under the saucer of my husband's espresso cup.
At the very first time in 2012 at the massage shop underneath of the hotel he was insist to have his e-mail adders by the massager.

Nice, hotel in Korat. Stayed four nights until this morning. Even though near a main road, did not notice the traffic. Good gym facilities with sauna and a nice pool. Friendly staff, quick and efficient check inn.

Room Tip: To add distance from traffic, ask for a room near backof hotel.

We stayed one night in deluxe double room n. 311 and it was much better than expected: large and clean, very quiet (not facing the road), the bed was comfortable, good quality bed sheets and towels, fast internet. Check-in and check-out were fast. It’s is located on a very busy road, half an hour walking to the Mall.
We didn’t like breakfast: both eastern and western food, but nothing very tasty.
Good location to visit the beautiful and interesting Phimai and Phanom Rung temples.
