Service is gd but there really is not much to do around. They hv done some refurbishment , pleasant lobby but essentially a city hotel.

Breakfast was a reasonable spread but certainly not a grand spread. Rooms hv gone through some refurbishment but bathrooms looked quite tired with mildew on the bath tub seams. All in all I expected more from Dusit Thani group.

Stayed for a night and was met with very good service at the check-in counter. The staff were excellent in trying their best to arrange for our transport to and fro customer's site as well as to and fro Bangkok.

The restaurant's food is good as well for the lunch and dinner and the buffet breakfast is as good as what good hotels in Bangkok provide. The location is a bit off from the main area and not much shopping area is near. There's a Klang Villa nearby which has a couple of small eateries including KFC and a bookshop. A small night market is also nearby.

The room is a bit worn out especially the bathtub and the shower. Toiletries provided were bare minimum though a Tesco Lotus supermarket is located just opposite the hotel and a 7-11 store is nearby as well.

The staff here is professional and great on every level, the pool is nice after a long drive, breakfast and dinner buffets (expensive, though) are of very good quality. The shortcomings here lie in the old building. The flimsy, old windows (single-glazing!)and thin walls don't provide any sound attenuation (room was in the 9th floor!), you will hear the subwoofer's "knock-knock-knock" from a nearby discotheque all night, your neighbors snoring and the people coming home at 3 in the morning. Other than that, mattresses and lines excellent, bathrooms OK, furniture a little worn, secure parking, good location. Check out the nice supermarket and eateries at Klang Villa Market, 5 walking minutes to the West/town center..

Room Tip: Get a room towards West, towards East there is a night market with live music. Noisy. Bring ear-plug...

I really don't know if prices are fair.
Seems a 4 star hotel with professional staff but something
is missing.
From Dusit you expect to feel same luxury even in province.
Restaurant was closed even was not so late.
Rooms ok but nothing special.

Stayed for a few days in June 2013. Dated, smaller, but clean room, I got a good deal on the price via discount website. Ate Breakfast once, and Dinner two nights here and food was Very Nice, buffet style. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool a great reprieve from the heat, Big fluffy towels provided. about 400 sq ft exercise room with plenty of equipment for those so inclined. Very modern Lobby lounge with live music both nights during the weeknights I visited. My only hesitation in recommending would be that the hotel is a few miles from downtown Korat and it took about 20 minutes for a taxi to respond when I needed one to take me to hospital at 3am, I was in severe pain and for such decent hotel, this seemed unacceptable to me. On the Plus side, even though I never mentioned this to anyone, Several of the Staff members asked how I was feeling the next day, and, more importantly, the Manager actually apologized to me and said the the desk staff are now instructed to use the Hotel's van to take a non-emergency customer to the Hospital if needed at night now, and I truly appreciated hearing this and think it a good policy. Again, I never said a word about this to ANYONE on staff or otherwise, so Kudos to Management for seeking out this opportunity to improve service at your Hotel!

Traditional luxury hotel. The building looked date, but the conditions inside and in-room were still excellent. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and everything well-functioned including bathroom. The hotel was nice and quiet in a good area with convenient stores and supermarket around in walking distance. Plenty of safe parking available.

Best of all, the staff were friendly and attentive. Excellent service.

Basically, it lived up to its Princess series of Dusit brand. Plus, there weren't many hotels of this level around in the town, so it was pleasant stay overall.

I did stay twice at this hotel, and I remembered the good breakfast. This time all went a bit different. At check-in I walked to my room to find that it was not cleaned yet (at 15:00). So I call the lobby who advised me to wait until the room would be cleaned, then he changed his mind and told me to come down to change the room. I told him I would wait upstairs for him to bring a new key for another room. Well, never stay in room 924 as on the rooftop must be a machine that starts to make a terrible noise every 15 min for about 3 min. At 23:30 I was to tired to complain and change room again, so I did put my head between the pillows. After an again great breakfast I check-out with the reminder to never come back here again.

O yes, currently they are also renovating the 8th floor.
