“Amazing Hotel that is Absolutely Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2012

The most beautiful Hotel in Angeles City but also one of the most expensive.
If you want to stay somewhere that is absolutely beautiful, clean and decadent, this your place. It is a few blocks away from the higher concentration of bars and clubs but it is closer to the SM Mall. This is the place that you want to stay if you are looking to party Las Vegas style and be treated like a king. Just be aware that the prices are a bit higher here.

If you are looking for a 'sex' hotel, then you found the right place! Staffs in this hotel treat ladies as prostitute of a foreigner staying there. They don't give fair treatment at all! They even have adult channel already on for you! This is more of a motel rather than a hotel!

Me and my husband were there for business. Since it was our first time to drive to Clark, we managed to book this hotel and asked concierge for their assistance on picking-up my husband to/from office site - for the reason that it would be convenient to take the hotel car instead of our own car. Getting to the office site went smoothly. However, pick-up from the office is a whole new different story. My husband had to wait outside the office building for 45 mins (to think that the site is less than 10min drive from the hotel)! I had to go to reception and concierge to ask why my husband has not been picked-up yet. Only answer is the driver got lost! Who are they kidding???!!!! The site is a commercial place in Angeles and it is really near the hotel! I told them to call the driver and if he is not their to pick-up my husband in 3 mins, I'll be on my way to do it myself. Luckily, my husband was picked-up right that moment. The hotel management did not offer anything than their lame sorry!

Ok, about 'buffet' breakfast. It is not buffet at all. They have a list of 10 foods you can order for the buffet bfast menu. How pathetic is that??!!! Buffet with menu?? First time we encountered it! You have to wait for 20 mins for everything to be served.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel (more of low-class motel) to anyone in the world!
This hotel made our first Angeles exeperience a living nightmare!

I went to conference in Angeles City and stayed at the ABC hotel. It is hard to find a nice hotel in Angeles, but ABC was very good. I was nervous because of the reviews that stated there were prostitutes around, but I did not experience this at ABC. It has nice rooms and a good restaurant and very friendly service. I would recommend this hotel if you must be in Angeles City and want a place to get away from it all. The wifi was free and good and the service was excellent.

Have to say it the best hotel in all of Angeles.
Nearly every ting is to an 10 in rating, there is only one thing there cod me so much better, is the service in the pool bar, I was there several timer (stay for 18 days) and there is more enough staff but they are sitting and play whit there cell phone, and then don’t come and ask if you mean anything, or empty the ash trade, just very lazy, and that is too bad because all other employees are doping a top quality of service.
And the rooms are so good too.
So the rating for the pool bar 3
And the rating for the rest of the hotel 10
I will be back again

My wife and I booked a regular ('semi-suite') room with a king bed. While the decor is a little over the top, the room was quite comfortable, the bed was very good, there was a large flat screen TV with better channel selection than we had in our 4 star hotel in Makati, and the bath was a marble-lined extravaganza, with a separate tub and walk in shower. The spa personnel were personable and well trained, not to mention an incredible bargain at less than $20 for a one hour massage. The Asian Buffet offered in the evening was very good. Angeles City nightlife 'is what it is', but this hotel was a great overnight destination for us. We would happily stay here again.

Room Tip: The room initially assigned reeked from the previous occupant's smoking. Specify 'non smoki...

Stayed here for 4 nights in Dec. Booked late and could only get a Fiesta Suite, which is in the new tower 3.
Pick up from Manila was smooth and easy, we had one of the hotel's Toyotas pick us up from the Pan Pacific. The driver was there early, and was very good. On the way back to Manila we tried to take their helicopter back but it was under maintenance - until further notice and was disappointed when our driver showed up in an old car which was not part of the hotel.
The room was very nice, a bit like a Vegas party suite but with nicer staff. Good bed, great shower etc.
It has a nice pool in the middle of the hotel, but the weather was not great and i did not see any one swimming in it.
One of the best features of the hotel is the car service which will take you and pick you up from anywhere in town. Angeles is a dirty dangerous hole of a place, and walking or taking a "trike" is not safe either imho. ABC has saved all the hassle by keeping their cars on call 24/7. Tip the drivers and everyone is happy.
If you have to goto Angeles city, stay here.

Room Tip: Tower 3 is more expensive, but its worth it.

Guys, this is such a sad town, maybe the saddest I ever saw (and I saw a lot!), full of sad & ugly old men looking for not really pretty, bad dressed & mostly quite fat girls.

The ABC hotel is kitsch, yes, but compared to the rest of the town just paradise. I had a Prime Minister Suite located in the new tower which was really nicely equipped, with lots of towels, a working room, a iPod docking station & especially a "disco bed" (which you really don't need considering the quality of the girls in Angeles). Okay, it was mostly quite hot on the elevator & the bathroom had a strong smell (you've to switch on the air ventilation all the time!) - but, again, at a place like Angeles this is HEAVEN!!!

Breakfast was okay for the price charged, the service very attentive. Okay, this isn't a 5* hotel - even they charge like this. But, once more, for a city like Angeles this is just as close to Nirvana as it gets!

Originally we planned to stay three nights - but already after some hours we knew we would want to leave the next day. Even I prepaid my room the hotel allowed us to leave and informed that the deposit will be transferred back end of the month.

Guys, if you're looking for pretty girls, good food, at least a little bit of style: skip Angeles!!!
