great location and food and service - fine dining at a great price. would reccommend and go back again

Had a nice dinner here and have to say that this place is excellent! Everything was tasty, they have good wines and good staff. The view is so nice, too bad we didn't see the sunset. Highly recommended!

Need to book the right table close the sea. Food is very typical from Bali and the restaurant is a must do for both tourists and locals.

Lovely decor and this is the second time we have been, but I'm in two minds about this place. The service is excellent and attentive. The food is beautifully presented. It seems to be aiming for Euro fine dining with a Bali fusion, with Australian prices (i.e. very expensive compared with normal Bali prices). I had gado gado (quite nice) and a truly horrid concoction which turned out to be a bowl of mashed pumpkin with couscous which I should have realised from the menu description was a bad concept. My eating companion had meat dishes which he said were tasteless. On the one hand I think - it's Bali, why expect fine dining style non Indonesian food? On the other hand, I think - its Bali and they are charging huge prices compared with other Bali restaurants so their food should be really good. Overall, whilst the food is nicely presented and the place looks nice, they may need to focus on the quality of the food a bit, it was a bit ordinary when we went there.
