“First Class Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

My friend and I stayed here for 8 nights and the service was first class. On arrival we were greeted with smiling faces and a welcome drink. The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday, beds were made and cute towel animals left on our beds with a lovely note from the cleaner. It was especially lovely after a day out to return to our room refreshed and clean. Anything we used eg bottled water, toiletries supplied by the hotel was replenished each and every day. The room was well appointed and led onto a balcony that overlooked the lush tropical foliage and the pool below which was a lovely place to sit and relax anytime of the day. The buffet breakfast was amazing, the food was first class, a wide variety to satisfy everyone adults and children alike. The staff walked around offering tea and coffee to the guests at their tables which was nice and they were fast to refill our cups. The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Balinese furniture throughout which made us feel the ambience of the Balinese culture especially in the Lobby. The hotel and the grounds are kept impeccably clean they take immense pride in everything that they do. The location of the hotel puts it close to shops, modern spas where you can spend hours having a massage or pedicure at the end of a long day, restaurants and a five minute walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. The pool bar is where you can head for some cocktails and a game of Pool Bingo which is a lot of fun with guests and staff. There are many activities also on offer. I would highly recommend this Resort to anyone singles, couples and families. We saw lots of families with young children, everyone is catered for. A must stay when you come to Bali.

Room Tip: Most of the ground floor rooms would be better with families that have little children especially th...

First time to Bali and what a wonderful Resort to be at. 5 min walk to the beach and beach bars, 10 mins walk to main street area. Lots of wonderful little bars along the way no matter which way you leave the Resort. Found a terrific leather tailor...had 2 leather jackets made to measure and they were perfect...took a few days longer than expected but the end results were wonderful. The breakfast at the Resort is fabulous...so much to choose from, made on the spot omelettes, eggs...just perfectly made. The pool area is terrific with happy hour twice a day...11-1pm and 5-8pm...fabulous staff catering to everyones needs. We upgraded for an amazingly cheap price to a pool room on the ground floor...perfect location. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

My friend and my daughter stayed at this hotel for 9 days and cannot fault at all. Clan and always a fresh room to come back to after Being out all day. Close to shops and transport out The front of The hotel. The security was always out The front of The hotel. The location great close to beach and restaurants. Would definately come back. We stayed at The pool without The swim up bar as it was quieter. If you want a clean hotel this is The one to stay at. Breakfast was great, and gym was good.

Room Tip: Good room was level 3 but rooms that looked great were opposite swim up bar.

We stayed here for a week, we checked in late about 10pm, they had our paperwork ready to go along with a cold wet towel and tropical drink. We had a level 1 room that looked over the pool. The shower is great, I always judge a hotel on their shower and this one did not disappoint.

The hotel takes huge pride in cleanliness, the pool is well looked after and the bar is pristine.

Buffet breakfast everyday which they change up a little and on Sunday do things a bit bigger with more options and all a bit fancy. Staff are quick and food is regularly filled, could be hotter but the coffee and tea was so that kept me happy.

Room service food was great, sometimes took a little long but tasted great. When ordering room service or at the bar remember that they then charge a 20% service tax, that would confuse me a little bit having my money ready and then not having enough.

Other than all that, staff are super helpful, they run fun activities for guests, we played a round of bingo which is fun and they offer prizes, I also saw some basket ball in the pool and they have heaps of children's activities too.

They have a partnership with a restaurant down the road Gado Gado, a bit more pricey but the food is AMAZING and the hotel can book you a room and even use a golf cart to drop you off and pick you up, plus with your room key you get 10%off. Really was our favourite meal in bali.

Hotel is in great location, close to the beach, $5 taxi to kuta, $3 to seminyak square, close to atm, convenience store, bars, restaurants, shops, tattoo parlours, spas. Can't go wrong

My friend and I stayed at The Breezes recently and we couldn't of picked a better place to stay! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs. The rooms were very tidy and a good size. The location is ideal, you have the beach down the road and Seminyak square is only a short walk away. The breakfast was really good they had heaps of variety and everything was constantly being re stocked, there was plenty of places to sit and you felt like you didn't have to run down to the buffet to get a spot. The pool bar was awesome it had plenty of drink and food options and all the bar tenders were great to chat with. The gym was top quality was very surprised and impressed. Only just got home and Im missing it already, cant wait to go back.

Room Tip: I thought the superior room was really good, we got upgraded to the deluxe which was by the pool but...

What can you say about a resort that has everything you could ever want. We booked a deluxe room for my boyfriends 30th which was in the corner of the bottom level with direct pool access (room 126). Basically we were just to open the doors and there was a view of our pool loungers and the pool bar. We would jump in the pool go for the two super long happy hours then have a siesta. There was always activities going on which you could get involved in but not late which was great for a good nights sleep. The resort offered an amazing breakfast and exceptional food both in the pool bar and room service. We didn't manage to eat at the restaurant D'base but we did eat several times just at the pool bar. All the staff are simply perfect we always felt welcome coming up the steps and every single one of them said hello and good morning/afternoon. They even left flowers and a card on the bed for my partners birthday. Location was amazing in the middle of shopping district and the beach. Right in the middle of Seminyak action yet out of the way to feel like your in your own resort. Little shopping market next door and a few restaurants dotted along the road which we enjoyed. We didn't book any day trips with the hotel as we did that along the road but we did arrange airport transfers which was great value rather than stuffing around with taxi's or other substandard transport arrangements. I booked The Breezes based on trip advisor ratings so naturally I wanted to praise this place as it does deserve to be higher on the ranking.

This place had mixed reviews, so I was slightly concerned about the noise. We went outside the school holiday in Aug and it was perfect. The staff were excellent, the facilities are nice and kept clean. 5 mins walk down to the beach, the hawkers are there but no to many and they don't hassle you. Loads of good restaurants on the beach. Went to D'base the hotel restaurant, I don't normally go to hotel restaurant but we arrived late, the food was very good we were pleasantly surprised, again the staff were very good. Training of staff here has been done to a high standard in this resort and its paid off. Good breakfast selection and the beach poolside area is well done. Pool bar with 2 happy hours and fun games for about an 1h from 6pm to win prices. Bar staff are very funny, they create a good atmosphere. Would stay again , great value for money.

Room Tip: We had a room on the second floor away from the bar, I would recommend this. Try for a room on the...
