We stayed in another hotel in Kuta and they agreed to pick us up from the hotel as alternative to the free airport transfer. They met us right on the agreed time and drove us to Uma Sapna. Once checked in, eveything else were so enjoyable. The villa is in sparkling condition. The pool is 1.5m deep and may not be suitable for young children.

It is better to bring along the location map and also request for a taxi at the front office to transport you to anywhere. No extra charge and meter reading commence once you board it.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa for 4 days, it was extremely peaceful and private, exactly what we had in mind when booking the place. Very attentive and friendly staff all the way from check-in to check-out. Highly recommendable!

We have stayed in other villas & 5 star hotels in Bali & choose uma sapna this time based on the (mostly) good reviews - we were not disappointed.
We stayed in a standard one bed pool villa. the pool was clean & refreshing - also it was in a perfect position in the yard, getting morning sun & afternoon shade. The villa garden was well kept with stunning tropical plants (as was the common spaces).
The villa had a nice layout & we found it spacous & comfortable.
Loved the bathroom - huge shower, bath & double vanity area. Also worth mentioning was the free wi-fi & the day spa. Like the villa - the day spa was a quality product at a reasonable price.
All the staff were friendly & helpful & the food was consistantly of a good standard & always delivered promptly at the requested time. we were also offered a free late checkout - which was really appreciated with a late flight out.
The A/C was not super cold - but adequate & the only thing we missed during our 9 nights was a larger screen tv & a microwave.
great location to stay - just a couple of minutes to eat street & the same to the seminyak shops (thru a little laneway) - we also found a gr8 satay seller just out the front.
Food was good - we tried to eat local food mostly & can highly recommend a couple. No surprise that Made`s Warung is a local institution (& the seminyak branch is walkable) - also try Kemnamg Goela for gr8 indo food in pleasant a/c & dont miss the sunsets from Ku De Ta.
We also took a peek at the newer excecutive pool villas - & can`t wait to try them next time

Had a great time here. We paid around £80 for a jacuzzi villa and was not disappointed for what we had paid. The rooms could be updated in my opinion, but were adequate and having your own little jacuzzi was most welcome after a day at the beach. The breakfast, delivered to your villa, was fantastic! All staff were courteous and welcoming. The villa was in a good location for Seminyaks 'eat street' although the streets in the area have little or no footpaths and can be quite poorly lit and heavy with traffic which is a pain.

There was a communal swimming pool which was shared by the six jacuzzi villas - this was good if you wanted to do more than just paddle, but only had two sunbeds for use and the area tended to be used as a thoroughfare for staff, rather than for an area for guests to relax.

No major complaints, had a good stay.
