My husband and I, two children (15mths and 3 1/2) and set of grandparents, stayed in a 3 bedroom villa in July. We really had a great time. They put a pool fence up for the littlies, there was heaps of space for them to run and crawl around, and lovely big bedrooms bathrooms to spread out in. The grandparents stayed in a little separate villa on the other side of the pool, so were able to avoid the early wake ups, and having them there enabled all of us to have some time out. The Prana spa was lovely, if a little expensive, but there are spas all over the place so you can hunt around for good prices. I found Seminyak to be a bit chaotic and hard to navigate for shopping etc. - I love my Ubud for an overall peaceful stay. However, we had some lovely meals at some of the amazing restaurants along the beach, and also spent some quality time at the Country Club (where you get free entry). All in all a great stay, lovely staff and all went well considering we had little ones with us. PS we ate lots of room service lunches etc, and the kids liked heaps. Also, no upset tummies either.

After a delayed arrival and chaos at Denpasar airport (due to a major conference and building works) The Villas provided a welcome and calm retreat. Combine that with an upgrade from a one bedroom villa to two bedroom and The Villas were off to a good start. The staff were very friendly, efficient and responsive to any request.

The villa was very nice and comfortable and had all the expected amenities and all in working order. Not as new or luxurious as some we have stayed in but hard to fault. The single disappointment was that we were placed in the The Villas Sunset Section, a taxi ride from the main development site, in fact a taxi ride from anywhere. There were no shops or restaurants within easy walking distance. That said, it was not a major problem, taxis are cheap and we never waited longer than about 5 mins from requesting reception for a taxi to its arrival. On the plus side it may have contributed to our villa upgrade. However, I do think we should have been advised of the location at the time we booked.

It is worthy of note that we were given an extended check out until 3.00 p.m. as our departure flight was at 6.00 p.m. As luck would have it the airline called and advised us that the flight was delayed a couple of hours. On being told that my wife was under the weather and our flight was delayed they further extended our check out until 5.00 p.m. No doubt the fact that we were staying during the low season made the decision easier, but credit where it is due and many thanks.

All in we had a good holiday and I can recommend The Villas without hesitation.

The Villas provide a quiet, tranquil and luxurious place to hide away from the busy streets of Seminyak. The rooms, pool and garden are 5 star plus. The service is fantastic, the food and cocktails at the Prana Restaurant brilliant. The location was great with an ATM and the wonderful Bali Deli over the road and spas and restaurants aplenty.

We could not believe how lovely and luxurious this place was. It was so clean and the service was amazing.The staff were all so friendly. We went with 2 other couples and stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa. It was so close to everything. We had our breakfast at the Prana restaurant and in our Villa and it was so good. We are already talking about coming back next year.
