We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and loved the private villas. The personal pool, bathtub filled with flower petals and tv in the bathroom were all wonderful touches. Service at the villas was very good with the staff always extremely friendly and happy to answer questions and help out. The villas were exceptionally clean as well. Would recommend this place to others. The only cons are location...it is not a short walk to the beach or town...but the resort provides access to drivers/car service. Additionally, avoid the villas in the back of the property. We heard loud partiers and screaming late one night from a neighboring property.

We spent 11 relaxing days at Maca Villa.The accommodation was first class.The service was exceptional with nothing being too much trouble for the very friendly and attentive staff. The tropical private garden and pool, the large spa bath, comfy king size bed, spa centre and special treats each night contributed to the rejuvenation of 2 middle aged overworked souls. Although there were 20 plus units it was so peaceful. It was a short walk or drive to shops, restaurants and the beach. Could have easily spent another 11 days here.

We stayed a week at Maca Villa for our honeymoon, just after staying at two of the bigger resorts. While we loved one of them, nothing could compare with the staff and attention to detail that the Maca Villa has. Not only that, but the restaurant is excellent too! We liked the fact that the real Bali was accessible and we could walk around and see what Bali was really like. While the big resorts are amazing to stay at, the Maca Villa allowed to really understand Bali much better. Also, having a private pool in your villa is amazing. If we go back to Bali, we will be making reservations here again.

Spent an amazing 7 nights at the Maca Villas in October. It really was outstanding in all aspects of hospitality; food, service, value, accommodation. Even the location, which is a short drive/walk from the heart of Seminyak, was lovely, since it was away from the busy streets and hustle of some other resorts. So easy to access the town using the flexible hotel shuttle or to take a slow walk in anyway. Such a treat to stay there, in a beautiful and very private villa. The staff were so lovely and so kind and warm to our 3 year old too. An amazing place that we hope to return to one day. Will certainly recommend to anyone we know in the meantime.
