My wife and I ventured out to La Plancha for dinner and were not disappointed. We arrived after sunset and were drawn into the place by the music from the back street. It is easy to be confused when looking for this hot spot as many restaurants along the road have imitated La Plancha's style of seating.
We sat on the deck and ordered drinks and what seemed like endless tapas! The food is great and the music and lighting provide an excellent ambiance in a beautiful setting.
Other reviewers have noted that the staff isn't the most attentive and we found that to be true as well, we just weren't that concerned with it as we were having such a good time. Isn't the point of a Bali trip to relax anyway? Don't get hung up on the status quo for service!
