very good villa with excellent location just five minutes walking from seminyak square and 10 minutes driving from kuta , the rate is little bit high , so try to book your room early enough. the swimming pool is big enough to do your morning swimming course

We spent 3 days at Ziva villa after moving from another villa (The Seiryu) and I have to say it has been outstanding. As other reviews are stating, the villa is as the pictures shown on the website. Very cool design, with a huge swimming pool you can jump in straight from your bed. The room is basically a glass cube, no walls, just floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors, so extremely bright during the day, with all around curtains for your night time. Breakfast was excellent, cooked directly in front of you at the villa. Ingredients were top quality, with big variety of choices. Another cool factor is the bathroom and shower, which are completely open air next to your room and next to the pool. Pool is the biggest we have ever seen in a private villa. You can definitely swim and do lengths if you want to. Location is also a plus, given that the villa is less than 5 mins walk from JL Oberoi where all restaurants and shops are located (a bit far from the beach tough).

TIP: we were given Villa N.2. We haven't seen the other villas, but the layout of this one is excellent with a big patio for sunbathing next to the pool.

Villas in Bali are generally over-priced. Ziva is really a gem.

We stayed at the 3-bedroom villa which is very new and spacious. I visited the 2-bedroom villas but find that the 3-bedroom is of a better value. The pool and rooms are very clean.

The only downside is that the kitchen does not provide good food. So walking out to get food will be a better option. For the breakfasts, you are better off opting for the Indonesian menu. The western food is really bad.

Stayed for 3 weeks in Ziva Villa .. Our butler Augus was so helpful and friendly with us .. This was our second time to come to Bali and to Ziva .. One time isn't enough! We loved how our butler gave us information about the city and the best places and restaurants .. We took 2 full day tours with picnics and it was wonderful .. I would't mind coming to bali just to stay at Ziva Villa again! The location of the villa is really nice and close to the beach if you prefer walking .. No matter how much I can say I can never say enough .. Amazing from start to finish!

Room Tip: Each villa has a unique but similar style .. Personally I've stayed in two different villas .. T...

We just came back from our trip to southeast asia (Thailand, Singapore and Bali) and stayed at Ziva a Boutique for 4 nights in Bali. The villa was quiet, private and peaceful - exactly what we were looking for. We loved having our own pool and private outdoor breakfast each morning which we had a choice of Balinese, American or Japanese - each filling and very enjoyable.

The best part of our stay at the villa was our butler Eka. He did an amazing job keeping us comfortable and provided an excellent level of service by arranging anything we needed. He was very patient and worked with our last minute schedule changes and always arrived 15 minutes early to pick us up. I would highly recommend him for any future guest's stay as he is very friendly and charismatic, making our stay very pleasant.

We stayed in a villa for 3 nights last May. It was good, but overpriced. The villa was lovely, with a great private pool. However, the layout is awkward and the outdoor bathroom floor is very slippery. The food, service, and attention to detail in other areas were adequate. It's not near the beach. I agree with others, it's a great place to honeymoon, or relax, swim and read a book.
