Location is in middle of nowhere . The access road is bad and does not give a feeling of driving to a nice place.
The villas are lined up in an alley and only if one wants to shut himself into a secluded place, the villa is about ok, but otherwise for the same price, one would easily get an ocean front hotel room or perhaps a villa.
The breakfast is below average and cold. Though served right into your villa.
The pool is large and ok.
The place seems more run down and does not in anyway reflect luxury.

The bed was decorated with dead rose petals and rooms are small.
The bath room is also small.

Overall average.

Though front office staff and the driver are nice.

I stayed three nights in a one-bed room villa in June 2013. The villa is definitely spacious together with an incredible pool. The pool is much larger than that of other standard pool villa. I spent much in the pool and the sun bed. The indoor area is also excellent and well-equipped. Unfortunately, the half outdoor bathroom and toilet are not ideal for me which attracts mosquitoes and other insects staying there. Although mosquito coils are provided, they are not useful to expel other insects.
All the services and staff are perfect. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The villa provides free shuttle services to Seminyak Square and other surrounding areas which made me more convenient going for dinner, shopping, spa, etc.

Stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon and I have to say I had pretty low expectations, but was blown away by the villa. Down an inconspicuous alley, the front desk looked a bit plain and had me worried, but the villa itself was amazing! Large clean rooms, outdoor kitchen, bath and shower and a wonderful private swimming pool which I am happy to say I spent a lot of time lounging around in.

Location is pretty good, not too far from the main restaurant stretch (5 mins walk to sarong, 20 mins walk to mr. potatoehead etc.) but far enough away you get peace and quiet all day and all night.

The staff were very friendly and always helped us out with a smile (no matter how silly our questions or requests were!) Were happy to drop us off for lunch and dinner and arrange for reasonably priced private tours around bali.

Would stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone!

I stayed a long weekend here based on recommendations from friends, I wasnt disappointed.
Although some parts are showing their age a bit, I had a lovely stay.
Love the outdoor bathroom others criticised, agree the staff coming to cook you breakfast is a nice touch, it just wasnt that great though! Instant coffee in Bali!
The private pool was lovely but you only get sun part of the day. The Villa is very nice, comfy bed, nice lounge and good size too. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful.
It just a shame the access road is in such bad repair !!
Will i go back? YES!!

Room Tip: Eat breakfast out!!

We stayed at the Khayangan villas for our last 3 nights in Bali. What a fantastic way to end a trip. The villas are really spacious and have everything you need. The bathroom is semi enclosed which gives you a feel of showering outside under the stars. The villa pool is a great size and perfect for a cool down with a beer in hand. It is located a short walk from the main road which is great as you don't hear noise from the road in the villa. The room service is a bit slow but that is not there fault as everything is ordered through the local restaurants. The breakfast is cooked fresh in your villa every morning by one of the many friendly staff which is great to wake up to. Khayangan villas are in a good location, very reasonably priced and managed by very friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend Khayangan for a quiet , peaceful break.

The villa lobby very simple indeed, no obvious sign of the villa... The whole street itself very full of villas and construction thus the road around very bad. 5 minutes walk out and you'll be at the main road but very quite at night. Cost about 40k to Double six beach [not bluebird & during peak hours]. The villa provide airport shuttle for 100k one way. Check in fairly quick and they served welcome drink... You also need to choose your breakfast menu during check in. They gave few choices and you can choose what time you want them to served it.

We got Villa 1, just next to the lobby... But once we open the villa door, it really took our breath away... The sound of water welcome us in and the surrounding just so green and full of water feature and fishes swimming around... Everything look even better from the website... You just feel so calm inside the villa... The staff explain to us about the villa and all the features...

The pool just so private and huge [you can do skinny dipping there and no one care], maybe not so clean but i believe the debris from surrounding trees. In the morning you get full sun around the pool area...

The kitchen outside very complete with cooking stuff, you can technically cook there. They even provide machine for hot & cold water. In the morning the staff will come and prepare your breakfast here. Nice to eat breakfast outside with greenery and sound of water. I chose nasi goreng and my hubby chose pancakes... the portion quite big and the taste not bad at all...

The living room complete with sound system so you can rent dvd from the villa to watch or just buy very cheap dvd outside [10k per dvd at legian street]... They even ve fruit platter for you to enjoy [local fruits]... It connected to the bedroom with a short corridor...

The bedroom has very romantic lighting... Four poster bed overlooking the pool & a day bed at the side... The bed just sooo wonderfully nice that you sleep till daylight. But be careful with the bed edge as my hubby tend to bump on it while walking... Vanity table & wardrobe at the other side... The bathroom literally spacious just that the air cond dun seem to be that cold...

The bathroom really wow us with huge bath tub that perfectly fit 2 pax, his & her sink and really nice outdoor shower... Toiletries provided include shower cap, comb, dental kit, razor, soap shower gel, shampoo. So quite complete whatever you need and if you need extra just call the operator... Just be aware especially in the morning you will see lots of insect crawling around the bathroom as behind the villa is a paddy field... But you can just easily wash it out...

With the price that we paid, it truly a real bargain and can never get it anywhere else...

Wonderful stay here for 3 nights. Villa is very spacious with indoor living area and bedroom. Lovely outdoor shower. Everything was clean and in good condition with just the odd bugs here and there which we really can't complain about with the garden all around. The pool was a good size and very relaxing and gets some great sun the whole day. There are deck chairs and also a great pavilion with a day bed when you need some respite from the sun. Wifi was also included and the signal was well received throughout the villa including the pool area which was really nice. Airport transfer to and from the airport was also provided complimentary. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Location was also very good for all the hotspots in Seminyak, close to some great restaurants and beach bars and the shuttle service was happy to drop us off pretty much any time of the day except for 1 particular day when there was some festival and the driver was on his off day. There are also only 8 villas so it's very private and feels like you are the only person around which was nice and relaxing.

All in all, you can probably find more luxurious villas in Seminyak but for the price, this is a fantastic place to just while away a couple of days just relaxing by the pool and hopping around the various beach bars.
