We first booked Seri Villas because we particularly wanted the living, dining and kitchen area or the villa to be enclosed and air conditioned. We are regular travellers to Bali and stay at Seri because we love the layout of the villas with the private pool. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff are very helpful and their English is excellent. The full body massages are some of the best I have had in Bali and well priced (I recommend 90 minutes) and you can enjoy them in your villa which is great as you stay relaxing by the pool or the massage room is also very comfortable and cooler in the hot weather!! We thoroughly recommend Seri Villas for a couple, or the 2 and 3 bedrooms are great if you have friends staying with you.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights on a girls relaxing weekend. We found the place very impressive at first glance! Bed was super comfortable, and we slept very well! We liked having our own private pool, but some people may want to socialise with other guests, so this may not be for them. We had breakfast cooked in the room each morning by lovely staff. Rooms were clean and tidy at all times. We were aware of a rat being present on the ceiling, and we informed staff who then put in another two traps. I believe being where it is located, this is to be relitively expected.
We also used the spa there and enjoyed a complimentry massage as part of our accomodation package.
Transfers from airport all included also which was very handy!
Location a little obscure, as located down a long ally way, which was hounded by dogs, making it very intimidating (with the recent rabies outbreak there!!), we also found a lot of taxi drivers did not know where the hotel was, and the entrance off of the main road difficult to locate.
Staff very helpful, and happy to help us with booking any tours we wished!
Good location, not far to anywhere, yet off the main street enough to feel like your in the middle of no where.
Loved the look of the open air bathroom, however, was a little useless in the rain season!! :)
Rooms VERY spacious!! All amenities new, including kitchen, dvd playerS, tv's etc.
Hotel has internet access if needed, however we did not access this.

really disapointed with our stay at this villa. The quality just was not there. Broken locks on doors, creaking floor boards, bi-fold doors to the pool that were stuck, power constantly cutting out when you had the air-con on and the fans. Not worth the money, as there are much nicer villas in Bali and in Asia for that price.

Bali is a rather unusual place to travel solo so choice of accomodation is key. Seri villas were self-contained and the staff low-key and discreet and quickly realised I would not wish to be disturbed with cleaning duties during the mornings. Proximity to buzzing beachfront bars and restaurants provided a great alternative to peaceful solitude. The villas made it easy to get out amongst it and easy to stay in with a beautiful pool and three airconditioned rooms to choose from. Would agree with the comment about the alleyway access to the beach but if I could walk it as a solo female then most groups or couples should manage it fine.

It is our second visit to Seri and again the villa's were perfect.
Situated very close to the beach and all the bars and shops etc, but far enough away to get peace and quite.

The villa's themselves are of a great standard with very nice lounge/kitchen seperate to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Between the two is a lovely pool and "sun trap" of a lounge area surrounded by beautiful flowers and water feature.

All together a perfect place to relax.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was a middle of the road experience. The staff was friendly and villas are located in a center of Seminyak. These villas are located next to a famous restaurant called Sarong. The negatives is that the villas are located at the end of a very long alley - so if you're coming home at night by foot doesn't feel completely safe even though it proably is OK. Villas looks nice although a little bit of wear and tear are noticible. Overall it was a good stay and a decent value.

The villas promote themselves as upmarket villas with exemplary service and personal butlers. This is basically a lie. There was no personal butler and the staff did not give service that in any way reflected this statement.

We had rats in the living area and the staff were unconcerned. The surrounding area had rubbish lying in the streets and adjacent sites. The 'walk' to the beech was unpleasant due to this. The bathrooms were 'open' to the elements with windows from other properties looking in.

We cut our stay short and moved to another hotel as we were not willing to have rats in our living area and rubbish so close by and no personal butler. We had to 'fight' to move without paying for the days we were no longer willing to stay there.
