A true disaster!!!!

We stayed at Le Franschhoek for two nights in late April during two-week tour of South Africa. We did not know what to expect as we had booked the hotel as part of a package. We really wish we had stayed longer. It is a truly amazing, unbelievably breathtaking hotel. The rooms are huge and decorated with impeccable taste. The night we arrived, our bed had been covered with rose petals and we found a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks in the room. Breakfast on the balcony, in the sunshine, looking at the mountains and the lovely countryside was something special. The hotel has indoor and outdoor lounges to relax, a pool area and the most romantic restaurant in the middle of a vineyard (absolutely THE place to get married if money is no object). Considering its high standard, we tought it was fairly priced as well
