Beautiful modern sleek rooms with modern bathrooms. Unrivaled beach and ocean view from 1st floor terrace. Conveniently located for beach walks. Staff fantastic and very friendly and helpful for booking restaurants etc... Breakfast also fantastic with large range available. Could not find any fault with this accommodation and also good value.

Quite good location, only a few steps away from the beautiful ocean front! Room was very nice with gorgeous big windows facing the ocean & garden. Bed very comfortable. Very clean room. Had our own balcony area, although was not very private as we were on the main floor. Would suggest requesting a second level ocean view with balcony to get more privacy and better views! Breakfast was fantastic, great service and delicious food with nice presentation. Great stay!

Room Tip: Request a second floor room with a view!

We stayed for 8 days at Shaloha Guesthouse and was the best stay. Our hosts were friendly and helpful at all times. Guesthouse is immaculate. Staff EXCELLENT and cannot do enough for their guests. We will never stay at any other place except Shaloha when in Jeffrey's. Excellent value!

We stayed at Shaloha over Easter with a Group of 8 (two families) allowing us to have the entire house for ourselves - what a luxury it turned out to be!
The house and its location are stunning - right on the beach with schools of dolphins swimming by regularly every morning and evening. And wonderful Addo NP is not far away either, so that nature lovers, shell collectors, surfers and beach walkers all get their share of wonderful action.
The rooms are very well appointed, the beds are great, and the kitchen together with the incredibly big braai outside was heaven for the hobby cooks among us.
Breakfasts were lovely made by the very friendly staff - just like in a top hotel, yet just for us.
Thank you so much guys - we'll love to be back!

Just spent 2 nights in Jeffrey's at the shaloha and it was wonderful. This is one of the nicest places in SA sitting over a wonderful view. We could have stayed on our deck all day and soaked up the rays and watched the waves rolled by. The room is big and great, breakfast magnificent, etc etc. we loved it and will go back again soon. If you are a surfer it really can not get any better than this.

My gf and I stayed here mid March (unfortunately) for only one night and wanted a chill out after a few days at a game reserve and having just got engaged. I'd emailed before we arrived to ask for sparkling wine and to see if a room upgrade became available could they contact me and Zandra was very quick at replying and letting me know they had upgraded us already - a great start! When we arrived Cynthia was a fantastic host, showing us to our rooms and making us feel at home. The White Milkwood Suite is mind blowing! A mix between rustic and luxurious and right up our street. The view is absolutely stunning. A nice balcony overlooking Supertubes and right across the bay. We just wanted to relax so the decor, the space in the room and the view meant we didn't want to leave so we just chilled there. The weather was up and down but that didn't bother us as the love seat by the doors enabled us to take in the view all afternoon whilst celebrating with a bottle of sparkling. Ross and Zandra are very friendly and easy to have a chat with as I bumped into them in the kitchen area. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and out on the balcony again overlooking the bay. Cannot fault any part of our stay, only wish we were there longer but we will be back!

Room Tip: White Milkwood Suite for fantastic views and comfort.

We visit Jeffrey's Bay for the first time at the beginning of March 2014 , our daughter has recently settled in this area and we were visiting from Bradford, Ontario, Canada. We wanted our own space and my daughter and her husband found this wonderful guesthouse for us to stay at. The accommodations were excellent! Every morning while eating a delicious breakfast, we would watch about 30 dolphins play in the ocean., what a treat! The Host Zandra and Ross are very down to earth and very accommodating. Willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay just a little more pleasant. Every evening when we would return from our daughters, there was always a fire going in the fireplace on the open deck outside and tranquil music play in the common area. Anyone who is into surfing, this is the place to be, world class surfing at your finger tips. Miles and miles of beaches and plenty of sea shell awaiting to be collected. The three girls that work for Zandra and Ross, are friendly, efficient and a joy to be around. The next time we go to Jeffrey's Bay this is where we will be staying, can't wait to go back!!!!!
