The best breakfast that I've ever had at Jersey shore was at the Sand Castle. I had a bacon cheese omelet and a side of sausage. Others in my party had eggs and pancakes. The omelet effervesced with cheese, and the pancakes were fluffy without being stuffy. The sausage was the large-link type and was quite flavorful, and the eggs were very good. Service was good. Please note that the Sand Castle breakfast is made by chef Robert Wright (formerly of Dominic's Place), and is a completely separate operation from their dinner, which is run by Gia's Restaurant.
