Found this hotel in July of this year when I could not book the Imperial 500 where I usually stay because it was sold out and stayed twice this year. No it is not a luxury hotel not many are in Wildwood crest. But it is clean, has a nice pool, quiet and comfortable room and is right on the beach. The owners are very nice and are on site and also own other hotels on the block. They have a nice hospitality room with free coffee and cookies every morning. They also had a very nice party for their guests on Sunday with free food wine and beer that was fantastic. As far as location to the boardwalk we walked to the begging of the boarwalk which is only a few clocks and took the tram which picks you up right their. The rates are also good compared to others that are on the beach. My kids are already asking when they can go back.

We spent Labor Day weekend at the Gondolier Motel. The owners are very friendly and accomadating. The room was very clean as was the rest of the motel including pool area. The air conditioning was great and we had no complaints. It was quiet and right on the beach and within a few blocks of the boardwalk. They provided coffee, cookies and biscotti in the morning. Also on Sunday they provided a buffet out by the pool and had a great entertainer. We accidentally booked this place but were glad we did and we will be back next year. Great place for the money.

Right in the heart of Wildwood Crest. Very clean motel. Nice pool and great welcome party. Owners were awesome and so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay with them again. Only drawback is the distance from the boardwalk is about a mile.

Made a quick visit to the beach and stayed at the Gondolier. Price was right. Owner was super nice at check-in. Room was ready at 3pm. Stayed in 2 room kitchenette - Sleeps 6. Room was super clean. Not a speck of dirt or sand on the floor. Bathroom was clean and they provided plenty of towels. Air conditioning was perfect and could be adjusted to your liking. Not a ton of noise being right by the pool which was nice. Pool was clean, they also provided water faucet to rinse sand off after beach. Location was directly across from beach access and a block from the boardwalk entrance. Free coffee, biscotti and cookies in the morning. Perfect location, great price.We will definitely be return visitors. (And we are super picky about where we stay).
