“"Great Place / Friendly Faces”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2014

I have been coming to Vineland for a few years and I have always stayed at this hotel. The staff here is always warm and friendly and have always tried to make my stay as great as possible.. The hotel is always clean / rooms immaculate/ and pool and sauna fantastic..located in heart of Vineland with many good places to eat, see a movie, or just plain old shopping...in this day and age you can't ask for anything more and you just can't beat the price...

I am a Platinum IHG member and have stayed at this location numerous times over the past several years. After this visit I seriously have to ask why? The front desk is extremely nice as usual. After that it was all down hill. My first room my AC was none functional. I asked for another room and moved and had the same issue. The front desk supervisor insisted that the room would cool and that she could feel it. Then the AC unit started making a horrible nose and once again the front desk supervisor said that it was tolerable. No way! Now move to my third room. While passing my second room they had the door open with a service tech working on the AC unit. This had to be my worst HIE experience. I seriously question if I will return to this location

I checked in pretty late and the girl working the front desk was extremely friendly and found me an amazing rate. I was expecting a tiny room with a bed and and bathroom for the rate I got and much to my surprise I was in a gorgeous suite with a kind bed, kitchenette and it appeared to be a rather newly remodeled facility or very well kept. I felt safe and secure as it sits back off the main road and I was traveling alone so that was nice. I would definitely stay here again and it has definitely let a good impression.

We are a traveling soccer family and every year we travel all along the Eastern seaboard. This was our first trip this year and we chose this hotel because of the queen size beds , breakfast and the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff was welcoming, the hotel was by far the cleanest with the most comfortable beds and pillows that we have experienced. I loved the flexible reading lamps located on each side of the headboard. The pool was open at 5:30 am and closed at 11:00pm, I was able to go to the pool by 6 am and ready for breakfast with hair washed and blow dried by 8:00am. By then the soccer boys were awake and ready to soak in the hot tub and relax in the pool. All together it was a good trip and the bonus was winning our division. Ps. There is a great shopping center nearby in waking distance and many good restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

We were looking for a hotel that had a spa hot tub and indoor pool. The hours for the pool were the best I've ever heard of for a hotel: 5:30 AM to 10PM and they even let us stay a little later a couple of times. We also were shopping by price as well. This hotel worked with us and gave us a bargain rate. This hotel is exceptionally clean and well managed by this very pretty & highly intelligent lady named Candis Capolingua. The pool is a INDOOR POOL! Yeah! and HEATED! The hot tub spa was perfect. Felt so good to slip in the water and let the stress of driving 12 hours drain out of us! Those hot jets of water sure felt good on our backs and they all worked. We took a beach ball, and the kids had a grand time batting it around. It felt good to have all of us laughing and having fun together! For the most part, we were the ONLY people in the pool area, so it was like having a private swimming pool and hot tub area just for our family! Cool! Very very clean pool, spa and room. If we needed more towels, we just picked up the pool phone and it auto rang the front desk and like magic the towels appeared!

The bed was perfectly made and SO COMFORTABLE. Gina, our housekeeper was always gracious and asking if we needed anything. She knows how to make a bed and clean a room! With our kids, she did have some work to do. :( Gina is a keeper! You don't run across people like her often. Gina is a very gracious hostess.

SOFIE at the front desk is simply amazing. She was always courteous and eager to please. Very knowledgeable of the computer and programming used by the hotel - so she was always quick to get whatever we asked of her done. Very smart girl. Having many employees myself, I certainly appreciate a job well done.

The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices. They had bananas one day. So not a big one! They had a variety of breakfast items, fresh bagels, waffles, english muffins, toast, french toast, blueberry muffins, tons of stuff...eggs, sausage, biscuit's, orange and apple juice, and of course COFFEE! The good thing is they did not rush us at breakfast, even when we arrived at breakfast pretty late, they left things out and kept putting more food out even though breakfast was almost over.

Workout equipment was great with a big tv to watch. Will be back! I would give the hotel a perfect rating of a 10 for price, breakfast, pool AND SPA HOT TUB, & comfort! We had a refrigerator / micro in our room. The counters are all marble. Very classy place, especially for the price. The staff made our stay a relaxing happy time. If you are in the Vineland, New Jersey area, MOVE to this hotel, you will be glad you did! The manager will work with you on price - so don't be shy, she is like talking to a sister, so give her a call at 856-293-8888 to make a reservation.

Exceptional front desk staff and staff in general. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean and the fitness room had enough good equipment for a suitable workout. Breakfast was standard complimentary fair and again the staff was very friendly and attentive. Will definetly return.

The hotel is clean, service is friendly, rooms nicely appointed. Our bed was comfortable. The room had a large flat screen TV, microwave oven, coffee machine with supplies and a fridge. The noise level was reasonable except for squeaky ceiling with restless guest above us. There was a free USA Today newspaper and WiFi access. We liked our included breakfast. It seemed like one of the best compared to other Holiday Inns. It included besides ever present carbs also yogurt, eggs and ready omelets. Coffee was extra diluted but that is the matter of personal taste. Overall a lot of choices for breakfast. The only strange dissonance came from the breakfast attendant. The lady seemed to have some of her family or friends dining there and they behaved a bit loud and uninhibited speaking in foreign language. Just strange dynamics that took away from the perceived quality of the place. The hotel is located next to the Cumberland mall and close to a few local restaurants and Starbucks.

Room Tip: First floor rooms are subjected to more noise from people walking on a somewhat squeaky floor above...
