Beware, there's been changes at this planetarium and not for the better. same old man does the shows with the same corny and bad jokes. Sometimes not very kid-friendly. I complained over a year ago and got a nice response from the director who was very understanding. Now there is no actual director who knows astronomy. The whole vibe of the place is not what it once was. For the HIGH ticket price you get to see a poorly done show and that's it. I highly recommend the Fels planetarium in Philly or Raritan Valley Community College's planetarium in Somerset county. It has a lower ticket price AND has an exhibit area (with a real meteorite!) - a FREE scavenger hunt and a FREE observatory with a big telescope you can look through! Much more kid-friendly and shows for all ages. You won't be disappointed.
