“Love this place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 14, 2013

This place is beautiful. The trails are very well maintained and make for an awesome work out. The trails vary in length from about 0.5 miles to 2.25 miles. If you're looking for a nice leisurely stroll I suggest taking the main trail all the way down to the secluded beach area, it's beautiful and relaxing.

Between May-September I suggest keeping to the main trails if you're not properly dressed, at times there can be a lot of ticks. I don't blame that on the park though, since you are walking through nature. I come here a few days a week and never found a tick on me while running the main trail.

“Lovely place to spend an afternoon”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

Great place for a stroll or a more vigorous work out. Presently, the Nature Center is closed due to damage from Super Storm Sandy but don't let that stop you from visiting! Be sure to bring a camera the views are lovely.
