You certainly can't beat the prices or the authentic feel of this old time diner. Hubby and I both had the egg and cheese sandwich, which was refreshingly/surprisingly NOT laden with grease. It hit the spot. My father-in-law had an omelete which came with toast and home fries and the portion size was really generous! Just two things to mention: there is a noticeable stale greasy smell in the restaurant, and one of their cooks whistles incessantly, and given the small size of the place, you will hear every last note. I realize that the latter piece of information will be meaningless to most people, but if you are the type of person at all sensitive to this sort of thing, it may cause you to jump out of your skin. Think I will be inclined to try a different spot for breakfast next time I am in the area.
