“Wonderful Atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

The setting, ambiance and food are wonderful the service excellent and the prices reasonable. My only criticism is that there was only one vegetarian choice although previously the chef has done a special meal when we have pre booked. We look forward to our next visit when we are in herefordshire.

“The best food in Herefordshire”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2012

Wonderful food, cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend the lamb. The Inn is off the beaten track but well worth the trip.

My only adverse comment is that a more powerful extractor fan is needed in the kitchen!

“A Must Visit-Without a Shadow of Doubt”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012 via mobile

I organised a trip to Hereford races for 18 people. We wanted somewhere to stop for lunch and I found this Jewel on the internet.
Glyn is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble. Paul the Chef makes remarkable food, cooked to perfection and the presentation could not be faulted. There is surely a place for Paul on the Masterchef Kitchen. I look forward to seeing you on the television in the finals.
Abby our waitress was an absolute joy. Forever smiling and the service was unbelievable. This wasn't Gastropub food this was Dining at it's best. To be able to serve 18 people with different orders is a feat in itself but for the meals to be served piping hot is really remarkable. Here's to the next time Glyn,Paul and Abby. Thank you TonyH and all the boys from the Kingsbridge Racing Club Gorseinon

“Excellent location for a lovely Sunday lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 2, 2012 via mobile

Good staff coped well with my fussy girlfriend who wanted a bit of 4 different meals. Beef Sunday dinner was the best I've had in ages. Sat outside right on the river which had 'real' fish!!! (not like those fake fish down symonds yat!) definitely looking forward to camping here when the weather improves.
