This place was the most disgusting building/property I have ever been to. I went with a group of friends after prom, desprate for a place to say beucase of problems with our other hotel, so we made reservations for 2 nights. When we got there there were people haning off the legdges screaming, being roudy.. but the worst part is that when the owner went to show us the rooms, some kid threw a beer into the pool (that was green and had stuff floating in it) and the owner says "YEAHHH IM GONNA GET THAT LATER!!" So while he was showing s the room I didnt dare to touch anything beucase it was so dirty, the batroom smelled like urin, and there were stains on the sheets. We found more then 3 cockroaches in our bathoom alone. So while we were going to pay for our room, since it was the only avaiable room in the entire seaside the cops started chasing the owner.. and he was running away from them!!! That night 2 of my friends slept in their car beucase it was so disgusting. My other friend took a cockroach put in in water and froze it to show the lady at the desk. We showed it to her the next day and demaned our money back but she said that no one has ever found a cockroach in any of the rooms and that since we already stayed one night we were not aloud to get our money back. We had already paid for the next night so we damaned that money back and she finally gave it to us, I think they were getting scared that we were going to go to the police. Needless to say .. the night in the offshore motel was the worst experience of my entire life. I do NOT reccomend anyone to stay there unless you like crack houses.

Had a little bit of money but wanted a vacation and found this motel...and the price was great the room was clean and the people that ran the place seemed to really try to help you have a good time. We were close to everything and met some nice peaple. so yeah I would recomend you give it a try I think you would be happyly surprised.

Hi Freinds, Me and my girlfriend and my friends stayed at this Motel,
The rooms were small but we couldn't complain for the price this motel has to offer. I know this is not Holiday Inn or Quality Inn but for the Beach Motel this was nice. Anyway friends All i got to say is that for the price the place is right to stay. and Financillaly if you don't care about paying the hight dollar then be a idiot and look for the hoilday inn. Also, I waana thanks to the staff of this hotel for providing with this best price and make our like most tourist vacation trip sucessful.

I went to the offshore motel with a few friends after prom, and it was so disgusting. We saw about 5 roaches within the first hour, and the room smelled like must and mildew. The microwave had red sticky stuff on the top of it and the shower was completely dirty. No one would even dareto walk barefoot in the room. All throughout the night cops were busting kids for underage drinking and smoking pot. I didn't think that there could even be hotels this gross. It was so bad that some of us slept in the car. We couldn't stand to stay for more than one night. The management was no help whatsoever and were completely unprofessional. I would never stay there ever again, even if someone paid me to do it. It was the most disgusting place that I've ever been to.
