It was horrible. The service was bad. I was double charged. The first
room I recieved the toilet did not work in making the entire room smell horrible! In addition to that the bathroom and especailly the shower is too small to function comfortabley in.
The service was horrible. I called a few days before I went down to the hotel to reserve my room and pay in full. When I got there I found out they lost my reservation and claimed they must have never charged me for the room. So I believed them beacuse nothing had shown
up in my account and I allowed them to charge it again. They told me if an extra charge was withdrawn from my account that they would immediately refund it. They gave me an ocean front room for my difficulties, nice gesture but the toilet did not work in that room and someone had left a surprise in the tolet that stunk up the whole room. We were switched to another room but it was street side which was very noisy. I later found out that my card was double charged and
they refused to give me my money back until i could show proof of the
double charge, but I cannot do that until Monday when my bank reopens.
The only positive thing about there hotel is that they are located right next to the boardwalk.
