My friends and I (anywhere from 3 to 6 people at a time) stayed at Seaside Sands Inn from Saturday, July 7th until Friday July 13th. We had a great stay overall.
We booked our room through Booking.com which saved us about $100 for the week.
When I first checked in there was trouble because they did not have my room booked, there was some miscommunication with booking.com. But thankfully the people at the desk were very nice and got us a room. They even switched our room to one with two king beds instead of twin and didn't charge us extra.
As for the actual rooms they are very small and there isn't much extra room to walk around, but if you're like us and are going to be at the beach all day and then go out, it works fine. All we used it for was to sleep, shower and get ready. the two managers (a couple) were very nice. They looked like they were picked up from a trailer park, but besides from that were VERY friendly and did everything they could to help us out. I even locked my keys in my car at one point and the manager was able to unlock it for me so I didn't have to spend $100 on a locksmith.
Overall: If you're staying with your friends to have a good time then this is the place to be. It's cheap, a block from the boardwalk, you can see Karma from the motel, and they're very laid back about drinking and any type of smoking.
If you're coming with a family I probably wouldn't recomend this place.
