“Always consistently good.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2012

This small Japanese Hibachi and Sushi restaurant outside of Wildwood is notable for it's consistently good food, great service, and welcoming atmosphere. We only live a mile away so we're there often and they never disappoint. The show at the grill is getting kind of familiar by now, but there is plenty of variety on the menu and all the food (especially the sushi) is fresh and beautifully prepared. The place is pretty small, so if you have a group of 4 or more make a reservation because it gets busy as the night goes on.
Also, the lunch menu is pretty much the same as dinner, and for less $$, so that might be a good way to try them out.

“One of our favorite, local restaurants”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2012 via mobile

We go to Momiji maybe once a month? The food is consistently good. The staff is always friendly, the prices are reasonable, and we always leave feeling satisfied. Momiji deserves to be ranked near the top of local eateries!

“One of the best Hibachi Grill places on the Eastern Seaboard”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 6, 2012

I am so glad that this place has done well, even though an old Wendy's in Rio Grande is the last place I'd think they would. The food quality and quality and humor of the chefs is top notch. We always go for the hibachi grill and while I think the chefs train in the same place, they seem to know the same tricks, the execution is really good and again, the quality of the cooking is really super. I also love the personalities and the friendliness of the chefs - some chefs in these places come out and do their thing and that's it. Here, everyone from the host to the wait staff to the chefs were really personable, interested in interacting with guests. Loved that. Aside from the hibachi we got the Shumai as an appetizer and that was also really, really good. Also, while they do serve sake, that's all they serve and they were very supportive of us bringing our own wine.
