“Right size to enjoy any show”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2013

I have gone to this theater for a number of shows and enjoyed them all. I have seen "Menopause the Musical", Willie Nelson, Scott MaCreedy and more . Seats to the far left and right on the main floor still have good views. Convenient parking and restaurants,

“Worth the Trip to See Your Favorite Group Here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Drove two hours to see Simple Minds at this theater and was very impressed with the venue. Though we had seats close to the stage the theater is wide and shallow and it seemed there are no bad seats in the house. The accoustics were good and the experience nearly perfect. I'll watch this venues web site for future performances. I'd definitely consider seeing something else here!

“Count Basie theater through”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

As a native of Red Bank, I have enjoyed this establishment from Carlton theater movie house to Monmouth Arts to Count Basie theater. The changes in themes and renovations have been positive, bringing the community years of the best in entertainment (and affordable)! The variety of entertainment invites all ages, music preferences, plays etc. Our schools have always taken the children to special programs, giving them an appreciation for the Arts. We have come a long way from Saturday-afternoon westerns to top-name entertainers and variety shows.

“a classic”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

It is a small theater, very comfortable and really not a bad seat in the house! I have seen everything here, ballet, music, kid shows etc. It is a great theater to take your kids to. The bathroom upstairs is spacious but the one downstairs is very small and could use some major renovations. There is no place for you to change a baby in the downstairs in bathroom so prepare yourselves if you are attending a kid venue and head upstairs. They offer beverages and snacks. It is just a pretty theater that I just absolutely love! Park on the side streets and walk to the theater. Red Bank is a great little place, lots of fantastic places to eat too!

“Outstanding venue !!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

Not a bad seat in the house. Great shows at very reasonable prices. Website allows you to select your seats in advance. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Bar in lobby allows patrons to take drinks to your seats.
