“Always Amazing! Great Staff and Property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

My husband and I visit this hotel as an overnight getaway about six times a year. When we arrive, we are greeted by staff that knows our name (very impressive). The front office manager, Lynn, Nancy, David, Thierry, Chris and Paul find away to make us feel like we are important every time we visit.

What makes our visits so special is the staff. However, they have an unusually good restaurant managed by a guy named Max. The food is fresh and the recipes are innovative.

They have a good workout facility with up to date machines. They have a great indoor and outdoor pool facility.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and well-kept.

We love our weekend getaway, and you will too!!!

Room Tip: Let the staff get to know you. They will work hard to make sure your stay is special.

“Nice hotel and staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013

While the surrounding development seems nearly vacant, the hotel is nice and the service was very good. I spent a couple of night there and had to eat in the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the speed at which it came to the room.
I am sure that it would be nicer if the overall development was active, but i enjoyed the peaceful nature of the hotel.

“Great time”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

We stayed here this weekend for a friend's birthday party and had a great time. The hotel has 24-hour room service, which was an amazing surprise. We also took full advantage of the warm indoor pool during our stay as well. The bed was super comfortable (I never wanted to get out of it in the morning) and the rooms were clean but a little dark. My only qualm is that the bar closed awfully early (around midnight /1230) even though there were a ton of us there ordering drinks.

“Delightful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

I really don't have much to add to previous reviews. This hotel is clean and quiet and the beds and bedding are just great. At first I resisted staying here, as Princeton was further from our destination than other areas, but the family member I was traveling with is a Starwood Club member and insisted on it. We stayed on the private Club floor and it was great fun.

I used the "Westin Workout" room and it was well equipped and comfortable. Didn't eat in the restaurant or use other amenities. Wifi worked great. Temperature control was easy and pretty quiet (heat). The only that gives away this hotel's age is the elevators - they can be a bit creaky - but that was not an issue for me.

I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it for visits to the Princeton area.

“Quiet, Westin quality decor, great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2013

Pluses:
Front desk (Frankie) was very friendly and helpful. It has the quality that you expect from Westin. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the nicest play to stay in the Princeton area.

Minuses:
Only one elevator was working when we arrived. The room was not properly prepared (no shampoo and conditioner, only one bathrobe) - though the front desk called back to make sure we received the missing items.
