This is a nice hotel, but the management is poor. I was promised a free shuttle service from the railway station, and in fact I went to a lot of trouble to get to Princeton Junction. I will admit my train was delayed, and I was not able to make my initial meeting with the shuttle, but I rang and updated them at least four times. Then when I finally got there, catching a train from Trenton (the most dangerous city in the USA), I was told that they could not collect me, and that I would have to catch a cab. In the end I got ripped off by an illicit cab driver and just paid an inflated rate (no meter) because I did not want to cross someone who could be dangerous. So I was hours delayed to make use of the shuttle (which my rather poor company insisted I not use taxis). To make matters worse, the front desk is understaffed and there are delays in check in. I spoke with the manager, Carlos Santana who indicated that they would not pay for the cab. Although he was polite, he was not prepared to make this customer less disgruntled. My advice is do not rely on this hotel to do anything.
