This restaurant is essentially an innovative tapas bar with global aspirations. Each small dish has enough for four to share. All were original, thoughtful and well prepared, with unusual combinations of ingredients and an interesting rainbow of American, European and Asian tastes without any of the usual false pretentions. Dessert was the only disappointment. The restaurant is BYOB, which for me is a considerable advantage. Service was initially a little disorganized but attentive and competent. A great find in a city with several very good but few really outstanding or original restaurants.
