The hottest reservation in small town Princeton is Agricola. It does not disappoint. The bar was great, although very crowded on Saturday pm, they could have used another bartender. The creative drinks are good, thankfully, they have the basics too. The prices are too high for Princeton though, it's not NYC. The food is delicious. The menu is small and simple, but with enough variety to please everyone. We ordered the 4lb veal shank, divided amongst 4 people. Quantity was fine, and the sides were great. The wine menu though is priced too high and doesn't match the prices of food and clientele. They need more $30 bottle prices. This is the only reason I wouldn't say it's Excellent. The crowd and wait staff are in jeans, so there is no reason to have a multiple $300 bottles on the wine menu. Service was excellent and the owner is still talking to every table and making his mark. It's a great addition to our small town and a crowd pleaser for entertaining.
