Before doing some Sunday shopping in Princeton, we wanted to have lunch. Didn't even recognize the name, so had no idea how long it was since the place changed hands.
The interior was quite stunning. Plenty of very elegant dark woods throughout, with a contemporary appearance.
I ordered Eggs Benedict from the Sunday brunch card and my wife ordered the Chicken & Broccoli Raab sandwich.
Eggs were perfectly cooked and the Hollandaise was delicious, accompanied by a nice portion of home fries, garnished with fresh berries and an orange slice. Presentation was very pleasing. A dusting of fresh ground from the grinder on the table added a nice fragrance.
My wife raved about the sandwich, which was served with French fries.
Service was prompt and courteous.
I think prices were just about right.
All told, we were very pleasantly surprised with this 'new' discovery.
