The Oyster Cracker Cafe may be the tiniest restaurant I've ever dined. It's part of a much larger complex of the nonprofit Bayshore Discovery Project, and only open for lunch Thursday to Saturday. It's run by volunteers, so the service is sometimes laughable, but the food is excellent, from especially the oyster chowder. The prices are reasonable, the portions not huge, but adequate. Its a local hangout, so there's a lot of cross-table conversation. A very friendly atmosphere at the docks of the river. Go check out the old schooner Meerwald when you're done eating,
