where to start... we pull into the unlit parking lot with 3 different hotel names and a "bar open" sign out front. while my boys and I are outside waiting for my boyfriend to come out, a hooker comes walking over to the parking lot in something called a dress yelling in her phone and crying and shes all beatup. so we get our room keys, and are told to drive around back because its a long walk down the hall. We drive back through weeds in the parking lot and statues tipped over and broken. The parking lot had broken glass all over it. as soon as we walked into the hotel, the ODOR just rolled out. it smelled like a sanitized musty smell, and the halls were extremely warm and humid. we go to our rooms. 138, and 133. Now mind you, im already gagging because of the hall smells, we open our room 138, and it was nasty. what little sunlight was coming in the windows made the curtains look really bad. so i dared to take a peek to see what was making the curtains so weird looking... no lie, if i could post a pic i will, a spider bigger then a half dollar with a massive web just chillin behind the curtain. I screamed and ran out of the room to room 133 to where my boyfriend was helping his mom in her room. when i got to her room, i about threw up the smell was atrocious. (sp?) the ac was blowing in such a nasty smell in her room, and it was hot air to boot. my boyfriend noticed something even worse in her room. MOLD!!!! all over the bathroom door. I went right to the desk, and they switched our rooms... I should have just asked for our money back. we got rooms 233 and 238. well, 233 the ac was soo cold, it cooled down the hallway in front of her room, and the fridge didnt work. there were 3 people in that room, and they provided them with 1 wash cloth and 3 towels.... for the whole 4 days we were there. the one day they didnt even get wash cloths. onto room 238. the ac sucked. it was so loud we had to have the tv blasting. oh the tv... when we first got in there it didnt work. we tried everything. no one was at the front desk to help. so i ended up being the electrician for the room. got it fixed. half the outlets dont work in the room we found out. then, God forbid you take a shower without earplugs. the sound was so piercing, im surprised it didnt burst out eardrums. we only had 1 washcloth and 4 towels the whole week too. I was also the plumber for our room too, since the toilet wouldnt stop running. The mattresses in our room were so filthy. then to top off our vacation there our headboard literally fell off the wall. no, not from that, lol, i put my arm back, and crash! it was screwed to the hall with 6 short screws. housekeeping left early one day and left rooms undone, and their carts and trash scattered all over the hall. we didnt get clean towels or wash cloths that day at all. we went down to have dinner, because their ammenities included a bar and resturant on site. they had neither. they have tennis courts... overgrown with weeds, and no nets. they do have a nice pool though. about the only nice thing i have to say. their fitness room looked nice, but my son, who is a football player wasnt allowed in to workout because he was underage. a big thing too, there is about 30-35 asian kids that run around the downstairs all day. they are rude, burping in peoples faces, riding scooters over peoples toes. and basically just being in the way and nuisances. This is just a tidbit of what happened at this hotel. I would willingly pay more to NOT stay in this hotel. If you get a decent room, and avoid all the kids, the broken ice machines, and can ignore the smelly halls, this is the place for you. otherwise, avoid at all costs!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! the ice machine is broke on the 1st floor
