“Good business hotel”

In the heart on NJ, this is a comfy hotel..mostly for business, but close enough for a juant into NYC. But other than business (easily located off Route 287 and Interstate 80) there isnt mucj in the immediate vacinity. Rooms are well appointed and clean. resturant is functional. The business center is currently under renovation but the workspaces they have in the common areas are sufficient. The bar is good--so good it will keep you out of trouble --slow service will drive you to your room

Room Tip: Get as room on the Sheraton club floor if possible

Travel around business weekly and this is by far the best in the area. Place looks like a castle and the amenities are outstanding.

Lost an expensive pair of glasses and Christopher (front desk) and Sierra (housekeeping) went above beyond to search high and low to make sure they were found; which they eventually were. Made my week!

You can't go wrong, but book early...people love this place.

Stayed here for a week and put on a corporate event. Everything ran well and the staff was outstanding. The restaurant is so so but everything else was great. There prices are good and the rooms are in great shape. The heater/ac units are a bit loud.

The exterior is, well, hokey, but the interior is tasteful, comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is competent even when there is stress, and the grounds are pretty.

The hotel restaurant is nothing to get excited about. The most important advice is to figure out what else is around and drive there.

I was very happy with this hotel. One of the best Sheraton's I ahve stayed at. THe club was elegant and well laid out. The staff was friendly and accomodating and extremely helpful. The new guy was pretty good who checked me uin, but the manager was great at straightening things out. They quickly corrected a small problem on the bill as well at the end. A great alternative to styaying in the city.

Room Tip: Consider staying on the club floor.

I stayed at Sheraton, when I attended a Wedding there. The Rooms were quite comfortable. I enjoyed spending time at the gym and the indoor swimming pool. I liked the Breakfast at the Club Lounge with a variety of drinks in the evening as well. The Hall was pretty good for the function, which we had to attend & the food was quite pleasant too. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay if you want to come for 3-4 days, as we always had time to exercise and relax, enjoy the buffet and drinks & reset inside the rooms in our free time. I would give them 3 out of 5, as they might become a little bit better in service and comfort, which they provide.

As I'm writing this review, I'm on the phone with my credit card company trying to dispute/put a block on my credit card so the hotel cannot put any more random charges on it. I paid for my ONE night stay back in October (that they charged me for ahead of time). Since then I've been charged at least 2 other times for that same one night. Numerous calls to management did not resolve the issue. The hotel is shabby, worn, down, and is way overdue for a takeover by another company who can run this hotel in a better fashion.
