“Good food and service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 1, 2013 via mobile

Went to celebrate a birthday. The servers were attentive and the food was good. A bit pricey but I would recommend it for a nice night out with a small group.

“Nothing Special”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

We were visiting friends in NJ and they took us to this restaurant in Newark. They raved about how good the food was and the atmosphere. The food is so-so. The salad bar is ok not great.
Our friends shared they have entertainment on Friday night and it was fun. Overall the place is one big room with tables very close together. The meats are ok - not great. The BBQ is $29 per person or you can order off the menu. The wait staff really push the BBQ - "The kitchen is backed up and it will take a long time for your food." They add the tip to the bill - no matter the size of your party.

“Never been disappointed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

Newark's Ironbound is home to some of the best Spanish/Portuguese food around, and I've been going to Brasilia for a long time. I can honestly say its rodizio dinner is what makes it better than Forno's and Iberia (two other awesome restaurants in the area.) If you go for dinner, the rodizio is the absolute must. You sit at your table, and the servers come around and bring you meat, after meat, after delicious meat. If you order rodizio, you also get the buffet, which has lots of interesting breads, sauces, and classic Portuguese coxinhas (fried chicken/cheese "thighs.") It's fixed price, so it's your fault if you don't make the value worth it. If you want, you can order a pitcher of sangria, which tastes great alongside the meat. Also, when they bring you sausage, it looks like a giant snail on a skewer. So cool!

Love Brasilia. If Newark was more convenient for me to get to, I'd go back at least once a month.

“Perfection!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 20, 2012

There was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The food was so delicious, the wait staff extremely friendly, and the price was right. Highly recommended!

Nothing special.
Average tasting food, nothing out of the ordinary, as a matter of fact for 35$ per person I expect much better food
Salad bar poor
