I was very upset that the hotel room was not ready when we arrived and not even ready at check in time. We waited a total of an hour from the time we arrived, even a half hour past the check in time. We couldn't go to the hotel across the street, which had rooms available, because we couldn't get a refund from the hotel we had prepaid and the room was not ready at the quoted time. Very poor service. In addition, the service was grumpy, front desk had an attitude, and they were apparently short staffed because I had to go down to the lobby in my PJs and slippers to get "extra" pillow (sofa bed had only one pillow) and towels, which they touted on their website as each room having extra towels. I will never go to another SpringHill again!
