“Good value awesome staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2013

We booked for a night but ended up staying two due to weather changing vacation plans. The hotel is your avaerage comfort inn. Clean but the rooms coulda used a little updating. However the people at the desk were so helpful. They were very knowlegable about the area and things to do. Also were super friendly with my children. People like that make you want to go back

First I want to say Thank you to the wonderful Sales Director, Donna Fosco, for making our wedding block.. She was awesome to work with, and help us accomodate all our out-of-town guests, Thank you again Donna.. We had a great check in with Lisa, she was friendly and very professional, and an awesome check-out with Angie, who was friendly and very professional as well.. Sheila and Sarah made our breakfast and it was wonderful, and made sure to make all our guests feel welcome.. And the night after the wedding Ja'Quia, let us use the breakfast room for our guests and us to hang out, and talk, she was also very polite and very helpful. The housekeeping in the room was very well, and the bed was made up for our son when we came back on Thursday for rehearsal as we requested. I was the old front desk manager of the hotel, and I knew some staff, the new front desk manager was very polite until I got comfortable with the old front desk staff and housekeepers, it was very unprofessional, especially since I was a paying a guest... She was very nice in the beginning but as soon as she found out who My husband and I was, she got rude, and nasty towards us, plus the front desk staff.. I believe it was truly uncalled for.. Just wanted to let managment know, That Donna, Lisa, Angie, Sheila, Sarah, and the rest of the staff working made our stay nice, Thanks for a great stay and for helping our special day, be more special! Thanks the Fosters!

We stayed here on a weekend trip to a local water park. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are nice and spacious. All rooms have a fridge and microwave which was great because I traveled with little ones. I would definitely stay again

The hotel is located off a busy highway route 73 in Mount Laurel surrounded by office buildings and other hotels. Within five minutes you are able to access grocery stores, restaurants and major highways. The one thing really nice about the location is you turn on to Crawford Place and within 1/4 of a mile your hotel is the 2nd on the left. You do not hear the constant noise and congestion associated with hotels which are located directly off the highway...pure heaven.

Check in was smooth and quick information was given about the internet access, breakfast time and the ability to change the type of room assigned was done without any hesitation.

Upon entering our room we found a spacious large bathroom with safety rails in the shower/bath tub area. The tub is not so deep that your safety is not an option. The bed mattress are comfortable and appear to be at least 12 inches thick. Bed attire is fresh , modern and simple elegance. 42 inch LG flat screen tv, small microwave and 36 inch refrigerator with freezer compartment are a bonus located in a entertainment unit. A desk with chair, table lamp and a corner chair is a nice addition.

The hotel is extremely quiet on the second floor I forget that there is a floor above and below me. The free internet is good and working fine.

I agree that this hotel is worthy of a 2.5 star rating and a great value for under 70.00 at those shop for hotel/travel sights. I would recommend without hesitation this hotel location.

Having read prior reviews about the hotel being under construction, I was leery to book. However, I figured I would give it a shot. We had absolutely no problems while staying here at this hotel . The lobby appeared to be completely finished, and when we walked through the front door at 10pm, we were warmly greeted at the front desk. The clerk immediately had our room keys and information available, as she was expecting us. We were exhausted from our long day, and so pleased to be able to plop our belongings down and go for a quick (late) dinner at the nearby Chilis restaurant. Coming from a college visit for my son, we were pleased to not have to drive too far -- the hotel is within a 25 minute (mostly all highway) drive to University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and the city of Philadelphia. The rooms were quiet, the mattresses were comfortable and heating/thermostat worked perfectly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just fine and saved us time and added expense. The room used for the breakfast area was large, clean and comfortable. If you're on the fence about staying here due to the recent reviews, give it a try -- you won't be disappointed.

Far superior to Hampton inn and other limited service hotels in area. Brand new renovated rooms and lobby. Workout area is too notch and service excellent. Great bargain and hidden gem for Philadelphia

The hotel was under construction, which is always off-putting when you walk inside. But to the credit of the hotel, they worked hard to keep the mess down and the construction people were so nice. They were always mindful of people walking down the hallway and got out of the way.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, too. We would stay there again.
