I have eaten at Mesob several times most recently about one week ago. The decor is nice, the air is spicy and fragrant, and the vibe is kind of chic. I usually get a sampler platter with meats, chicken and vegetable dishes served with Ingera (a fermented type of flatbread). The various dishes are always seasoned well and can be adjusted to your taste. Sometimes the chicken can be a little dry but it is still very flavorful. The ethiopian coffee is very nice as are the various shai teas. In terms of the various desserts they offer, out of the halwah (which is a bit dry and crumbly) and the almond cake (nice), and creme brulee, I would say I preferred the creme brulee. The service is extremely courteous is occassionally a bit slow. Overall, it is a pleasant dining experiece and I would return or recommend to anyone in the mood for something a little bit different.
