A little out of they way crab joint in sleepy Marlton New Jersey could be one of the biggest surprises you have had in dining. The chef Lou or crazy Lou as I like to refer to him ,is a gastronomist. The crab cakes he makes and the mini crab balls are the best you will ever eat, Everything he makes is imaginative and very tasty, Pulled pork wonton, turkey sliders, lobster mac and cheese, garlic mashed, the freshest shrimp cocktail ever,and desserts that will amaze. I havent found anything that was not carefully prepared and delicious. You can eat in( but it is very small) and take out. He also caters with lavish dishes and very polite and courteos staff, and once you try his fare you will keep going back for more and more.
i have not even touched on all the delicacies this crafty chef pours his talents into. You will have to go and find out for yourselves. i guarantee you will be smacking your lips and rubbing your belly. He could chef at any major restaurant yet he chooses to ply his craft in his tiny hole in a wall. Thank god for crazy lou!
