“Go for the food, not the atmosphere.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2014

This is not fancy and probably not where you want to go on a romantic date, but we really liked it and will definitely go back. It's a fish market with dining tables, but they have a pretty extensive menu. Just be aware that it's all fish. I had the asparagus and crab soup which I loved, and the jumbo lump crab cakes, also good, with lots of crab and very little breading. My husband had the seafood trio, broiled, with scallops, shrimp, and flounder. He was very happy with it, especially the scallops. The dinners came with salad and 2 sides, which were okay. They only have balsamic dressing for the salad. The portions were generous and the total bill was $37.00 which we thought was fine for the quality of food. They are only open till 6:30 during the week and 8:30 on the weekends, closed on Mondays.

“Good food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

The food is good although nothing special. A bit on the pricey side. Fish and sea food can be purchased uncooked although again, it is pricey. Service is great.

“Fresh seafood!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

We have been eating here (as well as take out and retail) for many years and continue to enjoy it. The freshness and selection of seafood is great and dishes are well prepared. There are no items on the menu that are not seafood, so if your kids or friends are burger nuts, find somewhere else. The ambiance is missing, so don't expect it - and sometimes the service is spotty, but always friendly and never poor. You can take your own alcohol and they will happily accommodate your needs. This is a nice neighborhood eatery and is always good!

“Great place for fresh food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

I have eaten at Sea-lect Seafood for over 20 years. The food has always been fairly prices and the portions are above average. The soups overall are very good. My favorites are the Tomato Bisque and Asparagus Crab. The specials are always fresh and a good value.

If you are looking to eat healthy and want a good value for your money I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
