For what we paid, it wasn't worth it. This was a last minute reservation but there were other motels in the area that were cheaper, almost half the price compared to this. We were just exhausted and didn't want to go back down further after dinner.
We were given a room all the way to the back of the building. Key did not work with the access door in the back where we were originally told to go through. Imagine my surprise when another guy came up to us, at 11pm, it was scary. Thank goodness he was a legit guest but his key did not work either. Had to call the front desk and was redirected to a side door.
Room was dark, we were upgraded to a King bed, but it was uncomfortable! Only had 3 pillows. Kept waking up, could've been the room and the motel in general as well. The barrel bolt on the door was loose so we propped the chair against the knob for peace of mind.
Cramped in the room with the bed was a mismatched couch and chair that we didn't dare use because it was so old and dirty looking, it could've been picked up from the side of the road somewhere. No offense but we paid more here than we did at our last trip/ stay at Holiday Inn.
They offered breakfast: a tray of stale donuts, cheerios/frosted flakes, brewed coffee and some juice. You will eat it at the lobby -- as in the seating area, couch and all, at the lobby. There are no tables for you to use as you eat, if you prefer to. We saw some guests bring their coffee back to their rooms.
The lobby is separate from the main motel's building, depending on where you are, it could be quite a trek. And even during the day, the hallway was dark and creepy.
Anyway, the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. They offer free WiFi.
Bring toiletries, good thing we always do, because they only have soap in the bathroom.
