I have gone there multiple time with just my husband and it has always been dead on a week night. Slow service but not really caring food was always good. Two weeks ago we went in for the monday wings all you can eat (which is not all that great price-wise at $15 because most of us top out at 18) with 4 in our party and only about 2 other couples in the place. We had a fast wait and food service. I told some more friends about how good it was and more decided to join with us. Last night we brought in 6 more people with us (4 adults and 2 kids = 10 total) and had a whole different experience. We arrived at 630 to only about 2 other couples eating dinner. 6 of us got the wings and the other 2 and their 2 children got dinners. We were there for over 3 hours. I dont blame our server he did what he could, but the lag between wing plates was long, there were no refills, and the 4 people not eating wings did not get their food until we were on our second round. We recieved our first batch and 3 more batches and then were told there were no more wings. I dont see how this is good service, to run out of wings on all you can eat night. Between the six of us 133 wings were consumed that is only 22 per person on the average. No one else at the place I could see even ordered wings. When we left there was another party of around 12 but all of the other tables were empty. You can try to save money money by not hiring enough people to work but you will lose customers that have crappy service.
