We stayed here for one weekend night, as we had a family function nearby. The lobby was clean and the front desk clerk was pleasant. We had a room on the first floor. It was average, nothing better than that. Let me add that we paid $140 for it, and for that I expected a lot more. Had I paid $99, I wouldn't have been disappointed. The beds were not uncomfortable but not great. The desk chair had mold or some sort of discoloration all over it, and was almost completely non-functional. The air conditioning worked but it was a very damp cold, kind of hard to explain; the room felt cool but moist. The a/c unit was noisy and cycled off with a clunk so it was not very conducive to a restful night’s sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Overall the room was clean, no dust and no bugs that I saw, and relatively quiet (except the aforementioned a/c but I'm not a light sleeper), even facing the street and parking lot, but as I said, not worth $140.
